When at the beginning of 2017 Juventus unveiled its new identity, there was no talk of anything else on social media for weeks.

To the surprise of all sports fans and curious individuals, they didn't just revised the prior club crest but they took the opportunity to introduce a profound change that goes beyond the visual aesthetic: it transformed from a traditional sports club into a multifaceted brand that embraces football while extending its reach to encompass lifestyle and entertainment for a diverse audience.

Juventus aims to have a global presence, but more importantly, it seeks to expand its business beyond the football field. The club underwent a rebranding and simultaneously initiated an extensive digital transformation, encompassing not only customer touchpoints but also integrating internal tools utilized by employees.

This bold decision made us even prouder when Juventus approached us to enhance their most important point of contact with millions of supporters worldwide: the club's mobile app. A complete refactoring was necessary to support the radical corporate 

transformation where technology is intertwined with the fans’ experience.

We worked closely with Juventus' Digital team to ensure that the new app could seamlessly accommodate a series of crucial new implementations, providing a digital experience superior to any other on the market.

The work was approached features by features, keeping the overall context in mind, and meticulously testing each flow to ensure functionality, speed, and alignment with the new identity guidelines created by Interbrand.

The new Juventus Club introduced exciting new features to provide fans with opportunities to engage with pivotal moments that truly matter: fans can now enjoy live highlights, live audio commentary, and contextual information during matches, allowing them to stay up-to-date and immersed in the action, ticket purchasing and official merchandise, direct access to exclusive content and the latest news straight from the team and training sessions.

Every element had to be accessible with just a few taps, and advanced gestures and interactions were introduced to create the ultimate blend of design and functionality.

The design has been meticulously tailored to cater to various devices, including smartphones, tablets, and Apple Watch. Each element and content have been carefully adapted to ensure readability, timeliness, and an intuitive user experience, ultimately fostering a deeper connection with supporters.
